This session will explore the unique mental health challenges faced by first responders and examine how cumulative trauma affects emotional,
cognitive, physical, and occupational well-being. Participants will gain insight into the signs and symptoms of trauma-related stress, barriers to
seeking help, and the cultural stigma surrounding mental health within the first responder community.
