Please NOTE: This is the IV Hybrid Final Exam. NOTE: due to a technology issue you may see "Denver Metro Protocol" test on it. It is NOT that test. This is an assigned course with a 65 question quiz. Learners have 2 hours to complete the exam. You must pass with an 80%. You are allowed 2 retakes of this exam. If you do not pass after that contact your instructor. Once successfully passed please print out your certificate and email to to your Training Officer and Common Spirit representative.  You must be added to course by an administrator.
