This training will cover common injuries resulting from abdominal or thoracic trauma.

Overview of oxygenation and ventilation physiology, including positioning, PEEP, pre- and apneic-oxygenation, two-thumbs down BVM, and negative pressure vs.

This training with review common Adult respiratory disorders including specifically COPD, Asthma and pneumonia. It will also discuss the use of ETCO2 as a tool. This course will include 2 group activities  to help with solidifying the information into patient care.

The presentation will cover what autism is, the signs & characteristics, and give tools for first responders on how to interact with autistic individuals should they encounter them on a call.
