This course will cover methods to rapid temporization and stabilization of critical medical patients prior to movement. Bring patients back to a relative hemodynamic and oxygenation/ventilation stability, and organize movement towards transport. It will discuss the use closed-loop communication with all team members. Practice positioning; oxygenation; ventilation; fluid bolus; push-dose/ epi drip; pacing; and cardioversion. Finish with the latest science on defibrillation.

Lower airway disorders such as viral and respiratory infections, RSV, asthma and pneumonia. This course will discuss the signs and symptoms and EMS treatments for these disorders. This course will use a group table top activity, lecture and hands on skills to teach participants.
