- Overview of Chest/truncal trauma
- Including spleen, pelvic, diaphragmatic and rib injuries
- Know the signs and symptoms of spleen injuries
- Describe a general understanding of the use TXA
- Discussion of whole blood in the pre-hospital environment
- Awareness of life-threatening bleeding/injuries
- Demonstrate an understanding of massive transfusion and Trauma Induced Coagulopathy
- Compare and Contrast Hemorrhagic shock vs Hypovolemic shock
