Objective 1: By the end of the training, the participant will be able to describe the 7- C’s that make up the foundation of good communication

Objective 2: By the end of this training, participant will be able to describe how body language contributes to the perception of what we say

Objective 3: By the end of this training, the participant will understand and be able to describe the risks and dangers of ineffective communication.
