Learning Objectives

  • Airway management tools and techniques (OPA/NPA/suction) 

  • Oxygenation and ventilatory equipment and techniques (BVM, supraglottic airway, nasal cannula, nonrebreather) 

  • Bleeding control (direct pressure, tourniquet) 

  • Splinting (pelvic binder, Sam Splint, improvised splints) 

  • Patient assessment and vital sign taking
