By the end of this session, designed for those interested in developing and/or updating an annual team training cycle, participants will be able to
connect real world geography and mission history into a training plan, understand how to incorporate new or probationary members into a
training plan, and engage/encourage seasoned members to continue their training. Topics will include site and staff selection, interagency coordination, necessary permissions and permits, training logistics, selection of instruction technique, and more!
