Responder Alliance Training
This introductory course provides tangible, field-based tools and concrete skills to improve outcomes for patients and teammates experiencing distress or trauma. This introductory course covers the Stress Continuum model, with tools for recognizing stress impact, improving team communication, and developing long-term stress resilience.This course provides tools for recognition of Potentially Traumatic Events (PTEs), then guides responders through the 3-3-3 Traumatic Exposure Protocol, a science-based structure for aligning support with individual needs after high-risk incidents. This course teaches a framework for developing a culture of health and stress resilience within the organization, with a focus on practical tools for organizational stress management.
