Evergreen Fire Rescue Fire Division BLS protocols review and BLS medications. October 26, 2026

This training session will involved a presentation on current BLS protocols and current BLS medication. It will involve a short presentation and table top exercises including matching protocols up with correct indications and contraindications. Table top exercise with BLS medications. there will be a skills practice on BLS medication administration.

2) Name the 6 rights of medications

3) Demonstrate how to assist a patient with their prescribed Autoinjector Epi Pen

4) Demonstrate for IV certified EMT's How to administered IV Ondansetron SIVP

5) Demonstrate how to administer naloxone intranasally

6) Demonstrate how to set up and administered a nebulizer treatment
