BLS Medication Administration
This training discusses the Denver Metro Protocols for BLS administration. In this training, we discuss administering Glucose for endocrine emergencies, Albuterol, Ipratropium Bromide, oxygen and nebulizers for respiratory emergencies, Naloxone for overdose, Zofran for nausea, Aspirin and Nitroglycerin for chest pain, Epinephrine for anaphylaxis emergencies, and Neo-Synephrine for Epistaxis. The training also discusses the 6 rights of administration, the contraindications and indications, the doses for each medication, and where these medications are located at the ski area.
