By the end of this training, the participant will be able to identify when it is appropriate for an EMT to establish an IO

Objective 2:

By the end of this training, the participant will be able to properly preform an IO

Objective 3:

By the end of this training, the participant will be able to properly care for a patient suffering from a severe GI bleed, and a patient suffering from severe hypothermia
