Evergreen Fire EMS May 2025 Heart & Lung Lab
This course will involved a heart Lung anatomy lab. it will use a lecture to discuss the anatomy of the heart and how that relates to the disease process. Students will then use sheep heart and lungs and do a dissection lab to identify the anatomical parts of the heart and lungs and how they function and how the disease process affects these.

Learning Objectives
Be able to name the anatomy of the heart including right and left Atriums and ventricle and major blood vessels
Be able to identify the major parts of the heart using animal tissue
Be able to name the functions of the various parts of the heart.
