ICS Overview and the Site Commander
Review of the Incident Command Structure as taught in ICS 100 and 200. Understanding the roles within ICS and reviewing the role of the Site Commander which is unique to ski patrolling at Arapahoe Basin. Structure was put into practice by delegating roles to complete tasks in a "task saturation" game/scenario.
