Objective is to discuss the different types of shock and the associated signs and symptoms. Review of treatment options in the field and transport decisions (emergent vs. non-emergent), and comorbidities affecting shock from compensated to decompensated and irreversible. Review of Denver Metro Protocols for Medical Shock (4000) and Traumatic Shock (8020).
