During these sessions will cover transporting high-acuity patients with complex medical devices such as gastric tubes and tracheostomies. It will discuss tracheostomy care and home ventilator management, as well as troubleshooting if needed. It will discuss transport considerations and how to additionally collaborate with home caregivers and family members that may be present.
