This course will discuss several areas including shock both medical and trauma, elderly trauma patient, back country rescue and extended care protocols.

The presentation will cover what autism is, the signs & characteristics, and give tools for first responders on how to interact with autistic individuals should they encounter them on a call.

This course has three parts. The first part will discuss Scope of practice and legal issues that EMS providers need to be aware of and abide by.
